In fact, we sometime spend over 2 years developing new products before releasing to the public. You can rest assured that any product we send you for testing program has been thoroughly safety tested. But we also want to know things like: how effective was it for your dog, how did you enjoy using it, does it have the right balance of fragrance, and other aspects of the product. In other words, we want to make sure our customers will truly love the products we create.
